Unity in roles

Hello Hello Everyone!

Hope you are all doing okay! I am personally sadden by the news in Buffalo, NY and in Laguna Woods, CA. It is terrible that events such as these are still reoccurring in the world. My prayers go out to the survivors and family members. 

Today I wanted bring a up a topic that recently can be taken controversially. But I hope that those reading this can remember that if you have any comments or questions to put them in the comment section. And to avoid arguments. Again this is just a blog.

Let’s think about unity in roles for gender. I’m talking about gender roles for men and women. Both women and men attributes help provide to what the world needs. Below I will be stating a positive points on both genders. If you guys have any others you would like to share, please comment below!

Amazing traits for Women: caregiving, nurturing, detail oriented, strong communicators, people focus, cooperative, and emotionally expressive.

And on the other corner the Men: Spatial Orientation Tendencies, independence, deconstructor, object focus, competitive, action, and analytical. 

The reason why I give these points in this blog is because. People feel as if there is a superior or inferior gender. Need and articles have been coming out with statements that there is no need for them to be together. Or that it does not work. Isolation between the two genders making that neither of them will get the chance to know each other. Creating barriers that did not need to come out or exist in the first place. 

In reality, there is not! The man can’t do what he do without the women, and the women can’t do without the man. They both come together like airline pilots. Both the pilots have different duties, functioning the plane, steering for course, landing, and trajectory. Both are different in big ways, but they both have the same purpose which is to travel to the destination and make sure the passengers get to their destination. Another example is figure skating. A man and a women compete to win Gold medal (purpose). But each of them have different moves, lands, and jumps they have to do. The women is able to balance the women, the man is able to guide her, the women is able to have the man chase her, and the man is able to lift the women in the air. Both having different roles, but uniting together in order to complete the goal. With these two different examples it helps put into perspective role that these two genders play a bigger role than we think. 

Both women and men work together and support each other, they have the same vision. And when they do it together the task becomes easier than without each other. Not just in our working world, but as a family they work together, biologically they work together, and emotionally they work together. 

I just want to end saying thank you to everyone for getting a chance to read my blog. I know that sometimes I may go on a tangent, but that is what the internet and blogs are for.
